This should be shot in a studio and it’s not just black and white photography you have,

Think outside the box, Look at top fashion mags for ideas, like Marciano, Guess, DKNY, Chanel, Prada, Gucci, etc that you and the creative director can come up with to create a theme of shoots.

 

Clothing for this type of shoot is fall fashion only so coats jackets fur etc

 

This should be a conversation between the creative director and your manager with the photographer on exactly what concepts you need to shoot and if the photographer is a professional fashion photographer he will have a storyboard for your both to work off at the shoot.

A storyboard is a must before any fashion shoot to make sure you get the concepts that are needed

That way you are not spending the whole day shooting photos that your manager can’t use to submit

Shoot in name brands clothing of any major fashion designers for wardrobe.

WHAT TYPE OF JEWELRY SHOULD I WEAR?

Major accessories are lots of bling jewelry glitter nothing is too over the top

Make sure to have neck wrist and earrings iced out with crystals or beads

You go all out with jewelry and accessories when shooting high fashion and your hair should be styled

For these types of shoots, you need to find male models and other female models to work with and as well in groups and get comfortable working with different people in different settings and as well do some solo shots.

Time is money in the business and you need to be able to adapt quickly as well as get thru wardrobes quickly so don’t be spending time shooting 1000 photos in the same look or outfit.

Think of a fashion shoot the same way a male and female work together as actors Your job is to create a story thru your photos not just point and shoot. Your job is to sell the product for the brand and create whatever vision the creative director has for the concept to show up on screen and in photos when the final product is produced.
